Comprehensive,
Cutting-Edge Curriculum

Module 1: Neuroscience-Based Future Intelligence

We'll start by diving into the neuroscience foundations of future intelligence and why it is important for leadership and organizations especially in an emerging technology (AI, Blockchain, Automation) landscape. We’ll explore the relationship between organizational foresight and agility and the dichotomy of creating the future and predicting the future. We also look at why leadership is failing to utilize foresight and how that impacts strategy, innovation and decision making.

Module 2: The Inner Context of Future Framing

We will explore the inner context and how that impacts your brain’s ability to determine which futures are considered possible, probable, preventable and preferred. We’ll explore brain and heart coherence and optimal states/mindsets for foresight. We’ll learn how to develop individual physiological synergy and explore technologies that help to monitor and anchor optimal states. Finally we will review technologies for developing optimal states.

Module 3: Past Mental Models, Present Perceptions and Future Horizons

We’ll explore time orientation and it’s impact on future intelligence. Learn how mental models and perceptions influence time horizons and future frames. We’ll explore practical checklists for ensuring the past and present support, instead of limit, the future. Finally we will review technologies for increasing focus.

Module 4: The Focus-Values Loop and Scenario Building

We'll cover the interaction of focus and values and their impact on our ability to think about future scenarios. Learn how to develop focus resilience in times of uncertainty and why values are an essential glue when the organization’s vision of the future collapses. We will learn practical tools for applying focus and values to develop charter relevant future scenarios.

Module 5: Future Anticipation, Trends and Strategy

We’’ll take a look into the future and explore the value chain of trends, foresight and strategy. We’'ll explore the cognitive distinction between strategic and future thinking and how to integrate the two. We’'ll learn how future anticipation provides feedback and feedforward for developing enhanced future intelligence.

Module 6: Apply & Scaling Future Intelligence

For our final module, we’ll integrate everything we have learned and discuss ways to apply and scale future intelligence across your organization. We will also explain the Future Intelligent Design Canvas and how to utilize it to explore and frame the future for collaborative and high-performance action.
