The Learning Journey
HA:KU Academy (HA) employs a three tiered learning model that develops students into “Future Facilitators”. Students receive a certification after completing a praxis and can pause the learning journey at any time. Completion of all three praxis is a gateway to internships, careers and monetization opportunities. For example, “Future Facilitators” will have the opportunity to be HA:KU Academy instructors. Each Praxis takes about 3-months to complete.

PRAXIS 1: Future Leadership Intelligence
Teens develop the cognitive and emotional capacity to think about the future. They learn how to lead others and collaborate through real-world, task-based simulations that inspire critical thinking and imagination. Students explore the impact of a digital :AI future on the human experience and how to develop resilience as the future emerges. [Allow 3 months to complete].

PRAXIS 2: Global Navigators
Students apply what they learned in Praxis 1 to participate in a global future simulation. Teams are given an organization use as a vehicle to explore the future. Teams strive to reach organizational goals while navigating complex, uncertain and exponential global changes. They learn how to collaborate and develop an understanding network effect within a highly connected and diverse digital/AI global multiverse. [Allow 3 months to complete].

PRAXIS 3: Future Facilitators
Students learn how to facilitate foresight experiments and simulations. They will have the opportunity to become a HA:KU Facilitator and Trainer or work with HA:KU partnering organization to apply their skill and knowledge. This is an earn-to-learn and train-the-trainer model of learning that allows students to see the real-world relevance of their education. [Allow 3 months to complete].

A Simple Model
HA:KU Academy is ran on a simple subscription model. This allows a low upfront investment to ensure that the program is a good fit for your youth’s learning goals and time availability. Monthly subscriptions include access to four live, online Praxis sessions, mental gymnastics play sessions to account for missed sessions and for deeper learning, and other monthly events. Praxis levels takes about 3 months to complete.

An enrichment program for teen students who want to develop self-awareness, leadership skills, and the cognitive & emotional capacity to think about the future. The academy focuses around weekly, one-hour extracurricular cohort sessions.

HA:KU Students are introduced to a variety of concepts centered around neuroscience-based future intelligence. Concepts of self-awareness, neuro-emotional intelligence, critical thinking, coherent leadership, intuitive sensemaking, and strategic foresight are applied through individual and team-based simulations. HA:KU real-world, tasked-based simulations help students expand their social-emotional capacity, enhance innovative thinking and develop collaborative problem solving.

HA:KU academy subscriptions are $199 per month.

A subscription begins on the first day of class, and continues monthly at $215. Subscriptions include 4 classes per month, access to play sessions in case students miss a session or desire more learning experience, and other opportunities offered during the month (like competitions and tournaments). Once a month we offer parents an opportunity to join a simulation with other parents so they can experience HA:KU academy. Finally, subscription also allow access to our social media community on telegram, linkedin and facebook.

Yes. Sometimes student schedules change. We can move your child to a cohort meeting at a more convenient time and will do our best to find one that matches a similar place in the curriculum.

The HA:KU Academy is designed to not only teach youth foresight and leadership skills, it also has a mission to help students become a meaningful part of the future economy. We employ earn-to-learn and train-the-trainer models to help students monetize their skill and knowledge.
Students who complete the “Future Facilitators” training have the opportunity to become a HA:KU Academy facilitator & trainer and put their skills to practical use. They will also be exposed to companies that have internship and career opportunities.
Further, students and parents who refer students to the program receive discounts and other benefits.
