Using neuroscience-based frameworks, students learn how to optimize their cognitive and emotional capacity to think about the future and collaborate with others. They also develop the ability to navigate an emerging-technology/AI future.

Upon completion of the learning journey students are awarded a certificate of completion with link explaining the value to colleges and employees. Students are also offered the opportunity to become HA:KU Leadership Trainers.
